After having numerous health problems whilst living in London, Elspeth decided to leave her corporate job and headed to Italy to train as a Chef. Following a stint of private chef jobs on super yachts Elspeth trained in Health and Nutrition, became vegan and combined both of her passions and created Elspeth’s Kitchen. Delicious raw desserts that are gluten-free and refined sugar-free, ranging from Salted Date Caramel Slices to Coffee and Walnut No-Cheese Cheesecakes. Her latest venture Norty is a range of scrumptious pudding pots that are supermarket shelf ready.
