Shuttle bus service available for those travelling to VegfestUK Bristol

First Group bus service will be kindly operating a special shuttle bus service to assist those looking to travel to VegfestUK Bristol at Ashton Gate on May Bank Holiday Weekend May 26-27.

Buses will operate every 20 minutes, with the first service picking up visitors from Temple Meads half an hour before the event opening time, and the last service picking up visitors from Ashton Gate half an hour after the event closing time. All bus services will also stop on St Augustine’s Parade in Bristol City Centre, in between the terminal stations of Temple Meads and Ashton Gate.

Single bus costs £3 for adults with a return ticket costing £4 for adults (concessions half price).

Moreover, the shuttle buses are fully accessible with space for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Adult Return = £4

Concession Return (child under 16) = £2

  • Students (with photo ID from their place of study)
  • Claimants, and
  • Visitors with disabilities (carer comes free)

Concessions tickets holders must bring ID for verification of their “Concessions” status.

Notes

All vehicles will have ‘VegFest Shuttle Bus’ on the destination screens for easy recognition.

Each vehicle has a seating capacity of 75 seats.

All vehicles are fully accessible and have space for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Tickets should be purchased on the day and on the bus from the driver. Cash and contactless payments are accepted.

Normal day rider tickets are not applicable to this Vegfest Shuttle Bus service.
