VegfestUK Bristol 2018 supporter ticket offers access to Hospitality lounges, priority entrance plus goody bag on arrival

5th January 2018

As VegfestUK moves into the modern, spacious and sleek Ashton Gate Stadium for their longest-running Bristol event on May 26th 27th 2018, one of the unprecedented new features will be the Level 3 area of hospitality lounges to be accessed exclusively by not only sponsors and special guests, but also holders of the brand-new supporter tickets, which can be purchased from January 15th 2018 when advance tickets for the whole event go on sale on the event website.

Supporter tickets are priced at £25 plus 10% booking fees (£27.50 in total), inclusive of a 10% booking fees for advance tickets, with BUY ONE GET ONE HALF PRICE offers running from January 15th – April 30th inclusive.

In addition to access to Level 3 of the venue where the lounges are located, each supporter ticket offers priority entrance as well as a goody bag full of quality vegan products on arrival, and also provides the opportunity to support VegfestUK’s latest ambitious move into this amazing new venue – recently renovated, the home stadium of Bristol City football and rugby clubs enables a significant upgrade in visitors’ experience from previous years’ VegfestUK Bristol events, with enhanced facilities for around 220 stalls, 10 caterers, an in-house restaurant alongside 3 talks and entertainment rooms housed indoors, coupled with a fan village outdoors packed with street food caterers, traders and 2 stages of live music giving rise to the traditional carnival feel of the event.

“We’re thrilled to offer the option of supporter tickets to our visitors, for our 2018 Bristol event,” added the organisers. “The outstanding facilities on Level 3 on the recently renovated Main Stand provide a new level of comfort for vegan events, as well as providing the opportunity for some of the core supporters to be able to assist the event financially. We hope many of our long-standing supporters will take up this opportunity.”

“One consistent element of feedback from last summer, when we cancelled the event, was that some visitors were more than happy to pay a bit more for the ticket to help support the event financially, whilst recognising our efforts to keep ticket prices to a minimum (compare with Grillstock, for example). This Supporters’ option is in response to this feedback, and with access to level 3 in the Main Stand strictly limited, it seemed a really good opportunity to introduce the Supporters’ ticket option for Bristol.”

Meanwhile, standard full-price advance tickets cost £11.00 for adults and £5.50 for concessions, inclusive of 10% booking fees, with BOGOHP offers running until April 30th.

Tickets are also available on the gate at £12.00 for adults and at £6.00 for concessions.

Kids under 16 get free entry as long as they are accompanied by adults.
