Exhibitors Paperwork

PAPERWORK REQUIRED FROM ALL STALLHOLDERS

All stallholder are required to submit the following documents by scan and email to jude.vegfest@gmail.com by the end of March 2017

 

  • Insurance (Public Liability & Employers Liability)
  • Stallholders Checklist and Declaration (download docx here)
  • Risk Assessment (download docx here)
  • Method Statement on health & safety (download docx here)

 

For those who are handling food/drinks of any description at the event, you're also required to submit your

 

  • Food Safety Questionnaire (download docx here), and
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate [if not yet registered with your local council]
  • Method Statement on Food Hygiene [if not yet registered with your local council]

 

Note: if you're serving / sampling alcohol, please also forward to jude.vegfest@gmail.com

- your alcohol license (which must be up to date)

- a completed copy of the Alcohol Sale License Consent Form here

 

Note: If you are a stallholder at any of the following shows in 2016:

 

  • VegfestUK Brighton 2016
  • VegfestUK Bristol 2016
  • VegfestUK London 2016
  • Vegfest Scotland 2016

 

and have already returned the forms above for any of these shows, please

  • *** RE-SUBMIT your insurance (Public & Employers Liability) and make sure that your insurance is up to date and covers the dates May 20th 21st 2017 for VegfestUK Bristol 2017***

  • familarise yourselves with the logistics as described in the exhibitors manual

 

NEW LEGISLATION ON FOOD ALLERGENS

Food handlers are also strongly advised to read carefully the New Legislation on Food Allergens (pdf here / docx here) and make sure all staff who are handling food on the day understand the new legislation.
