Here’s a few tips to consider for especially new stallholders and startups to make the best of their investment at one of Europe's biggest vegan events.

Estimated 150,000 visitors in the run up to the show. Sponsors pages would expect to receive between 4,000 - 5,000 visits. Pages include unlimited text and images as well as links and logos. Website will stay live for a minimum of 3 years, probably longer, and will continue to attract at least 30 visits a day long after the show itself.
THE VEGFEST EXPRESS - GLOBAL VEGAN NEWS NETWORK
Sent out to our over 11,000 subscribers once a month on average, built up over the years from our shows and awards. Inserts include 80 words, logo and link. Main sponsors inserts include 200 words text, product shots, logo and link.
20,000 copies of the event programme (5,000 printed, 15,000 online) will be available from mid-April 2016 at www.london.vegfest.co.uk/programme Programme is 64 pages B5 full colour.
Our Facebook and Twitter accounts are both active, with over 20,000 genuine current ‘likes' and over 10,000 ‘followers' built up over the last 3 years. These numbers are set to rise sharply following the employment of some social media professionals to enhance our presence in these areas. Sponsors are welcome to forward regular updates and images for inclusion in our social networking.
Posters and flyers
We are printing 60,000 flyers, 4,000 posters, and around 60 adverts placed locally and nationally in the run up to the show. Sponsors will see their logo printed and replicated in front of literally millions of consumers when utilising our branding opportunities.
Based on the figures from previous years, we are confident that our 2015 show will attract around 15,000 visitors over the weekend.

As organisers of Europe's biggest vegan shows, VegfestUK is right at the heart of the UK veggie community, with its news the gospel of many. We only recommend the best products, people and organisations that come to the scene, and as a result all our sponsors enjoy terrific word of mouth before, during and after our shows.
