Appearing on Saturday 4pm in the Nutrition/Health talks tent

I started to be veggie soon 31 years ago at age of 14....and soon later at age of about 17 I started to train with weights because I felt to slim and wanted to build some muscles.

Since I was already veggie I was having the advantage, that I already did learn a lot about nutrition and about the best plant-protein sources.

So this did help me to build up lots of muscles. At the moment I have a high fat percentage and my body-weight ranges around 130kg

All natural and with a lot of strength.
