Expert in Local Sustainability

Martin Fodor is a specialist in local sustainability, with a track record in practical partnership work on recycling, energy, the local economy, and the built environment. He's been a regular presenter at VegFest workshops in Bristol and active in Bristol Vegans.
He's worked nationally on climate change policy, and at the European level on sustainable cities. In Bristol he set up a food waste and recycling scheme for cafes and restaurants with local traders to create bio methane and soil conditioner from unavoidable food waste.
He also runs a local educational project, MakeyourhomeEco, to demystify home energy for people in the city. He was elected onto the City Council last year as part of the Green Group.
