Educational Speaker on Veganism
Appearing on Sunday at 12pm and at 12:30pm in the Activist Workshops Room
Dean has given 100's of talks on veganism over the last 8 years and been vegan longer. To him, education is a vital link in creating a more ethical world and an understanding of the impacts of our choices. He has travelled the country and spoken to a wide rage of groups and establishments this time and seen the development of vegnaism and it's growth across the country and world. He has also organised events to carry this forward and is always looking to share this with anyone who is interested.
Dean has been a longstanding Vegan Society volunteer, volunteering to educate people about veganism for 8 years. He has been asked every question imaginable and knows exactly how to answer them. His focus is mainly on school speaking and cookery demos, travelling all over England and Wales to talk to children of all ages. He also visits university and college students, to further the work of The Vegan Society and to inspire future generations to go vegan.
