Sarmado Sibley is a raw living foods chef, writer & consultant with an international client base. He began his career aged fifteen as an apprentice chef at the Michelin starred ‘Relais & Chateaux'' hotel Gravetye Manor in West Sussex. He has worked alongside some of the UK's leading chefs including the Roux brothers, Celebrity chef Anthony Tobin and Richard Neat who taught him ‘the art of the craft'.

He has managed the catering operations for the ‘Daily Express Newspapers'', ‘The Daily Mirror'' and then the world's largest advertising agency who reviewed his work as ‘probably the best food in London'.

Sarmado has worked as head chef for high-end events, including the State Opening of Parliament and has had clients such as celebrities, Fashion houses, Heads of State and the CEO'S of some of the world's leading industries.

As founder of Sarmado is passionate about teaching his knowledge of plant based nutrition through public speaking engagements, private catering, group trainings and workshops.
